2007 Collins Vineyard Zinfandel - A dark ruby color leads to aromas of raspberry, blackberry and light spice.  Flavors of berries and red currant with mild spices give way to a long and lingering finish.  Our restrained use of oak allows the excellent fruit flavors of the varietal to shine.  Elegant and supple, this wine is quite enjoyable on its own and is even more amazing when paired with food.   THe 2007 vintage is classic example of a Collins Vineyard Zinfandel.
