You would be instructed and shown the art of making Japanese handroll (cone) sushi; then the host will provide an “open bar” of various sliced fish, vegetables and other condiments and you will create and eat many different combinations of delicious handrolls, while listening to great music in the Pollock's backyard sunroom.

Eat sushi and drink sake until fully stuffed!   All food will be prepared and served by Diane Pollock and Kim Charlesworth.  Handroll instruction by Diane!

All fish and ingredients will be fresh brought from Japantown on the day of party!
