Join Sun Valley Parent Sarah Caveney for a one hour Nia class downtown San Rafael at Meridian Sports Club followed by a delicious brunch at Sarah's home.
Nia is done barefoot to diverse and inspiring music. It teaches you to be more joyful, expressive, and alive in your body by using a blend of dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts. Most importantly, Nia is a fun way to stay in shape.
Special Instructions
Class will be held on Sunday, June 13th at 10:30 at Meridian Sports club, located at 1001 4th Street. Locker room with showers, steam, and sauna are available for use following class.
Brunch will begin at 12:30 at Sarah's house. Address and other pertinent info will be emailed to attendees.
