Chesapeake Boat House is offering the winning bidder eight (8) - 90 minute rowing lessons!  You will learn to row in a fun and easy going atmosphere!  You'll learn the basics of both sculling (two oars) and sweep rowing (one oar), and become familiar with the equipment and basic skills you'll need to get on the water safely. The lessons begin on a land trainer, then progress to the rowing barge – a wide, flat-bottomed boat that allows you to learn rowing techniques with confidence. You'll also spend time sculling in a very stable rowing shell.
