A four week, 12 session fitness program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training - packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals.
Special Instructions
The program takes place at the Jewish Community Center in Bridgewater, NJ located on Talamini Road. It is a 4-week program with 3 days in each week ( 12 classes). The Boot Camp is held from 6 a.m.-7 a.m. Please check the website, www.GardenStateBootCamp for a complete schedule. You can choose whichever 4 -week program you would like. After each 4-week program there is a one-week break.
The sucessful bidder is responsible for shipping and handling costs of $10 or the certificate may be picked up at the HomeSharing office in Bridgewater, NJ.
