3 West in Basking Ridge, offers seasonal "New American Style" cuisine.  This style  which combines flavors from various cultures with traditional techniques, includes ethnic twists on old standbys. 

There are two main dining rooms; one a spacious high-ceiling barroom characterized by warm shades and textures and rich dark woods; a second which incorporates misson touches such as a tray-ceiling with criss-crossed polished wood slats.
