Description

3 individual personal training sessions: the first one is 45 minutes long & includes a discussion of health & exercise history, goals, & more. The remainder of the this session, and the final 2 sessions (each 30 minutes) are spent on the fitness floor working one-on-one with the trainer.



















The Try Pack is designed to answer one question:
How can a personal trainer energize my workout? Try this introductory package of three sessions and you’ll discover how much a personal trainer can do to enhance your enjoyment of exercise and its benefits. You’ll also gain a trusted resource at the club who can help keep you moving forward.
