Hello -Bret Ward here. I’m the owner, chief “bug guy” and scorpion zapper at Sonoran. Years of frustration and dissatisfaction with indifference and a lack of quality services provided by the industry's "so called" major players motivated me to start the company in 1999. I assembled a team of industry experts and began filling that gaping void. My goal then and today is to constantly stress sensitivity and responsiveness towards customer service and pest control, product knowledge, and continuing education.

Specialization
Early on we decided to specialize in scorpion control because they are indigenous to this area and seemed to be the nasty critters causing the most anxiety in the greatest number people. It was also the most challenging area in the industry. As pest control has become more specialized we have created divisions with unique expertise to better service our clients.
