Aaron is an amazingly talented chef based out of Denver at Ya Yas Euro Bistro.  He has been featured in such publications as Esquire, Conde Nast, Food & Wine, Sunset, and Wine Spectator.  He has received such accolades as Top 20 Best New Restuarants, Food & Wine Rising Star, and much more.

Aaron is more than just a great chef, he is a certified Sommelier and has worked at Alinea in Chicago as a Sommelier as well as conceiving and nurturing the development of many restuarants including Table 6 Denver.
