Our brand-new 11,000 sq ft facility was professionally designed from the ground up to promote exercise and interaction with our guests to reduce home-sickness and stress. Our Guest Rooms are clean, modern, and spacious, with five different sizes available. The floor plan is designed to provide privacy and psychological security while reducing noise. This means increased relaxation for your pet, and more peace of mind for you. Additionally, our guest rooms have access to natural daylight year round with numerous skylights as well as natural airflow when temperatures allow.

CSS Pet Resort has unmatched exercise areas, with over 4,500 sq feet of indoor play areas. We have over 10,000 sq feet of outdoor play area surfaced in SoReaLawn synthetic turf which provides a mud free, safe, and soft play area for pets. Your dog will return home clean and happy. Our custom designed facility also offers an indoor/outdoor Pet Pool, making swims available year round for our guests who like to play in the water.

Come Sit Stay Pet Resort has specially designed dog training areas, play areas, and space to house cats and exotic animals. Our new facility is safe and secure, with 24-hour fire monitoring and a full sprinkler system, as well as 24-hour security systems and cameras. Our entire facility was designed by professional dog trainers to ensure a safe, fun, and clean environment for your pet, so you can go on vacation guilt free. Our state of the art year-round climate control system ensures your pet stays comfortable at all time.

Come Sit Stay Pet Resort is an All-Inclusive, Full-Service overnight dog and cat boarding facility. Our brand-new custom-built facility is designed from the ground up to provide a safe and fun place for your pet during your travels. CSS Pet Resort allows you, the Pet Owner, to enjoy a guilt-free vacation, knowing your dog or cat is being cared for by trained professionals in a bright modern facility. We offer 84 Canine Guest Rooms in five different sizes plus a large sunny cattery with 10 modern Cat Condos.

Come Sit Stay Pet Resort offers Safe and Fun Doggie Daycare services suitable for most dogs. Our immaculate 10,000 SF of outdoor play area is covered in clean synthetic SoReaLawn turf and designed specifically to remain clean and safe for your dogs. We have several indoor play areas, and a year round indoor/outdoor swimming pool for Daycare guests who love to swim. Every Daycare Package includes unlimited supervised play area use and pool privileges. All dogs must be evaluated for suitability prior to admission.

Unlike at many other Pet Care Facilities, Dog Training is not an afterthought at Come Sit Stay. As longtime Pro Dog Trainers we believe every dog can benefit from our high-quality Dog Training. Come Sit Stay provides professional dog obedience training and behavior modification services for dog owners throughout the Denver and Parker Colorado Metro Area.

Our professional, experienced dog trainers will ensure that you get great results in a short period of time. We offer results-oriented dog training, behavior modification, and specialty training services. All of our training is conducted by our in-house staff of Pro Dog Trainers, not contracted to outside trainers.

Come Sit Stay Pro Dog Training is ergonomic – designed to give you maximum results with minimum effort. We offer two modes of training that you can choose from depending on your budget and your time availability.

In-House Dog Training

Come Sit Stay Pet Resort offers an all-inclusive Three Week School for Dogs in our facility, one of the best and fastest ways to get your dog trained. Are you pressed for time? Would you like a well-behaved dog now? There are lots of other reasons also that clients have us work with their dogs. Basically, we do the hard part for you. Whether it’s a new puppy, young adult, older dog, or an unruly companion – our Three Week School for Dogs is the most effective way to have a Canine Good Citizen.
