I absolutely adore working with children of every age - newborns, babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and big kids alike. As a blessed mother of two precious young girls - Abby and Claire - and wife to an amazing husband - Bryan - I care about families.

I have, for as long as I can remember, loved the art of photography - capturing a particular expression, interaction or special occasion with the camera and transforming it into a physical image that allows us to revisit the emotions and senses of that wonderful space in time over and over again.

I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to combine two of my dearest passions - children and photography - into one common pursuit. With each session I aspire to put these passions to work for you and record real images that reflect an important moment in time, a lifestyle, a feeling, that your family will enjoy for years to come.

I favor on-location shoots - outdoors whenever weather allows, using the glorious Colorado sunshine to illuminate a scene instead of staged studio lighting. When weather isn't agreeable - and for newborns and young babies - I take the session indoors, either my house or yours. As a lifestyle photographer, I look to capture still images of natural, unposed interactions between family members, play equipment or the surrounding environment in addition to a few more posed shots. Kids are all about exploration, so what better setting than the great outdoors to bring out their vibrant best? I capture it all - smiles, spins, jumps,  giggles, grimaces, and pouts alike. They can all be beautiful to us as parents and so aptly represent the fleeting years of childhood.
