Lamborn Family Vineyards is located at 2,200 feet above sea level, high atop Howell Mountain, Napa Valley. The mountain's volcanic soil combined with its distinct mezzo climate provides our small 8 acre vineyard with ideal growing conditions. This environment produces Zinfandels and Cabernets of the highest quality and intensity, all handcrafted by Heidi Barrett of Screaming Eagle fame. 

This 2007 Magnum of Howell Mountain "YeeHaw" Zinfandel's  nose immediately opens up to rich fruit, white pepper, and hints of cake batter.  The medium toast American Oak cooperage accentuates the fruit on the palate, giving rise to juicy and mouth-filling blueberry, dark cherry, caramel apple, and a dash of sweet cream.  The prototypical Lamborn white pepper and spice characters balance themselves with a zest of acidity.  One sip of this Howell Mountain Zinfandel lasts for minutes - Delicious!
