Description

Successful people have always used others to discuss important ideas and strategies.

To attain an extraordinary life — a life on your terms, one filled with unbridled joy, ultimate success and lasting fulfillment — it’s imperative you make progress in the areas of life that are most important to you.

P=P - I . . . What is this? Performance Equals Potential Minus Interference. This is how Coaching can make
you succeed in life's most important areas. We all want to perform, but to do that we look at our potential to
perform and integrate any interference (impediments or obstacles).

First we set a goal (or a series of goals) and then apply how fast your performance will get you to those
goals. Then we review your potential (knowledge, experience, contacts, motivation) - if it's enough, great! If
not, we work together to figure out how to raise your potential by increasing your knowledge, experience,
contacts, or motivation.

We then review any interference (obstacles or impediments) that might be holding you back from increasing your performance. We target them and devise an action plan to lessen or eliminate them.

At the end of the day - you are in control of the coaching. The coach is there to push you when you need it,
brainstorm solutions with you when you have an obstacle or idea, and help you stay focused on your goal.

This is a Live Event Item.

Special Instructions

Duration
One Month of Coaching (3 sessions for 45 minutes a session)

There are a lot of coaches out there. Don’t get me wrong, there are some great ones that change people’s lives. Unfortunately, the majority (90-95%) are hacks and hobbyists. I hate to be blunt, but it’s true.

I run one of the best executive advisory and coaching firms in the nation. How can I say that? Well . . . I bring 20 years of corporate management knowledge, 10 years executive coaching experience, a practice of 25+ clients, 30+ corporate workshops yearly, and I'm frequently tapped by The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and The Today Show for my views on business topics.

When I come up in conversations with executives, they exclaim, “You have to meet Rich Gee.” When I meet
people, when I host talks, and when I coach, I have an ability to get people charged and enthusiastic about
what they do (or want to do). Some people have called me their “spark” of business.

You want a fresh voice with a different approach that can motivate you to do things you've never dreamed of? I can do that.
