Instructors at Fitness Revolution have a passion for people, exercise, and good health in a safe environment.  They all have an eclectic background.  Both male and female instructor's backgrounds range from teachers, personal trainers, track and field coaches, fitness enthusiasts to Ironman Triathlon Finishers.
