Winning bidder will receive children's creative writing classes with award-winning journalist Ricki Morell.  Estimated value is $30 per child for a maximum of 5 kids (preferably from the same grade.) 

Please make your bids in $30 increments according to number of children you are interested in signing up (with two child minimum).  An additional auction item can be added for multiple bidders until total number of children is five.

Get together a group of your child’s friends to learn the joys of creative writing! Winning bidder(s) will receive two one-hour creative writing classes.  Classes will take place  after school at  Devo or at purchaser’s house.  Devo mom Ricki Morell is a professional journalist and a volunteer  with Devo’s Enrichment Challenge Support (formerly known as gifted and talented) program.  This year, she taught a third grade creative writing class.  Ricki's goal is  to give children a love of words and faith in their own voices. During the first class, we’ll write and during the second class we’ll polish .  We'll end with a reading for parents.  Give your child a taste of how fun writing can be!
