The Dairy is a Two bedroom cottage (Sleeps 4) with a sun room at the front which catches the afternoon and evening sun. The property has full central heating. At the front of The Dairy is a sun room that catches the afternoon and early evening sun, just the place to enjoy that well earned glass or two of wine. The lounge and dining area are well furnished with two sofas, LCD television with built in Freeview and separate DVD player. A large chest contains games, jigsaws etc and also acts a coffee table. There is a HI-FI with built in CD and tape player. Dining is catered for with a drop leaf table and four dining chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted including dishwasher, fridge freezer, washer dryer, double oven, gas hob, microwave and central heating boiler.The double bedroom is at the front of The Dairy with outstanding views over the Somerset levels and has its own television with built in DVD player. The twin bedroom is at the back of the building and looks out over the rear garden. The bathroom is well appointed with including a shower mixer over the bath.There is a small rear garden with table and chairs and a barbecue which is reached up the Draycott Stone steps at the side of The Dairy. Based on availability and travel must be completed by 12/20/2010. Draycott is surrounded by countryside but within easy reach of the neighboring cities of Derby and Nottingham, and the town of Long Eaton.
