Thomas Ricottilli, uncle to a Spazio Gioco student, is offering a private 4-course sit down dinner for 6. He will tailor a menu for the group based on food preferences and inclinations. In addition, Thomas will work with the Whole Foods wines sommelier to create a wonderful & memorable meal in your home. Thomas Ricottilli, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of Pittsburgh, PA, spent his early childhood assisting his mother and grandmother prepare Italian specialties. He has 15 years of experience in the restaurant business around the Cleveland, Ohio area. Last year, he left the restaurant business to re-direct his cooking skills and now works as chef for Whole Foods Market. He is now incorporating his knowledge & experience in the Whole Foods kitchen while using the highest quality, least processed, most flavorful and natural foods possible.
