Description

Giancarlo Impiglia packs a mighty wallop of Art historical references in his lively compositions. He stands on the shoulders of the Italian futurists, recalls the flourishes of Art Nouveau, celebrates the curving geometry of Art Deco and integrates the concept of Cubism. This 26"W by 21"H silkscreen, beatifully matted and framed into a piece measuring 36" x 32", features an iconic Impiglia abstract pastel scene of Great-Gatsby-esque waiters & guests at a cocktail party, created in Art Deco/Art Nouveau style. This piece was generously donated from Maria Manetti Farrow's extensive art collection to raise funds for LPSI's new school and retails up to $1,200.00. We have listed this item at $350.00 as there is a minor repairable imperfection on the glass and a very minor imperfection on the print.

This is a Live Event Item.
