Susan Oliver is a local artist and wife of Dr. Jim Oliver, a world-renowned entomologist at Georgia Southern University. She is best known for her portraits of former university presidents, which hang in the GSU administration building, and those of beloved Deans and professors found throughout appropriate University buildings. Many local homes also house her portraits.
