Andy Levy, major gifts officer for The Denver Hospice, commissioned Golden mosaic artist Kathy Thaden to create a mask titled, "In Memory of Queen Jean," to honor his mother, who was affectionately known as Queen Jean. The crown consists of gold mirror glass and red gems with a large red, glittery heart at the top. The background is covered with many small pieces of blue and green stained glass.
