Frank Bonanno, who was named a semifinalist for Outstanding Restaurateur in this year's James Beard Foundation Awards, opened his flagship restaurant, Mizuna, in 2001 and also helms at Luca D'Italia, Osteria Marco and Bones. He and his restaurants are consistently named to "Best of" and top honors lists on Denver's culinary scene.
