Colettet Brooks of Littleton, Colo., graduated from the Colorado Institute of Art and started her own business in decorative painting in 2003. She has won several awards and is regularly commissioned for her works. Her mask, "Cloud - A Free Spirit of the West," aims to raise awareness of the history of the West and to preserve and protect the natural freedom of the wild horse of the West and Southwest.
