Elizabeth Edwards simply wrote on her mask, ?Resilience,? and signed it along with a copy of her autographed book, Resilience? which comes with her mask. David Michael of Centennial, Colo., who began his art career in Pittsburgh, created the artwork for her mask which he titled, Lines of Life.
