In 2005, Mayor John Hickenlooper appointed Andre L. Rudolph to the Denver County Court bench. Judge Rudolph has served in that capacity ever since. Born and raised in Cheyenne, Wyo., he is a proud graduate of the University of Wyoming and Creighton School of Law. Judge Rudolph has called the Mile High City his home and hometown for the past 17 years. By using the scales of justice to depict a woman with closed eyes, Judge Rudolph makes a point with his mask that justice is blind. His mask comes with a tour of the City of Denver's new Justice Center and jail complex.
