Bulgarian-born Canadian artist Kemp, grew up in Eastern Europe and received a Master of Fine Arts from the National Academy of Arts in Sofia, Bulgaria and a Masters degree in history and theory of culture from Sofia State University. When creating art, he likes to read philosophy and books on history and art. He is a member of the Phoenix Art Group.
