After a successful racing career that included time on the U.S. National Cycling Team, Lennard Zinn founded Zinn Cycles, Inc. in 1982. Lennard and his wife, Sonny, founded, sponsored and managed Zinn/Alfalfa's/Shimano women's racing team - one of the most successful women's road teams in the country. Zinn continues to build custom road and mountain bikes, writes writes technical articles, and is author of Zinn and the Art of Mountain Bike Maintenance, and other books and DVDs.
