Rowen, an artist with Phoenix Arts Group, says, "I love to create art because I feel a piece of me goes into each painting . . . I want people to feel the inspiration I feel when I create a work of art and for that inspiration to life them to a higher place." Rowen studied illustration at Utah State University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Media Arts and Animation in 2005 form the Art Institute of Phoenix.
