Root Down has an eclectic vibe, with furnishings and décor form all over. All of the furnishings are recycled. The mask by artist Camille Falk was inspired by the Buddha in the back hallway and the "tin can" wall in the restaurant's private dining room. Camille has a Bachelor's of Art in art and is visually inspired by spiritual iconography, goddesses, femininity, motherhood, love, color, light, composition, collage, furniture, trash to treasure, vintage, old school. A native of New Mexico, Camille was raised in Durango by her father, attended college in Gunnison and lives in Denver. Root Down's mask includes a $75 gift certificate.
