Rozanne Miller of Fort Collins, Colo., is an artist and metal chaser who works in 2-D and 3-D with paint, clay, metal and stone. A horse lover, she says, "Horses are spiritual and elemental. Sharing their lives is the greatest gift." Her mask was inspired by Socrates' description of the two horses of the soul - one who is powerful but unruly, governed by passion, the other who is restrained and obedient.
