Bridget Gjevre of Denver, who created this mask for Trinity Grille, has been an artist involved in the restaurant industry for most of her life. She enjoys painting landscapes in acrylics, oil, pastels, ink and mixed media. She signs her artwork, "Bee 'n Me." Her mask, "Captivating Calamari with a Twist," represents one of the popular appetizers at the Trinity Grille. Trinity Grille generously donated a $50 gift certificate for dinner at the Trinity Grille with its mask.
