First Ladies Michelle Obama and Jeannie Ritter signed their First Ladies mask during an even last fall in the Colorado Governor's Mansion for the White House Women of Excellence leadership and mentoring initiative which encouraged mentoring of young people. Denver artist Tracy Hines painted it to include roses to depict the White House Rose Garden and columbine to depict Colorado's state flower.
