First Lady Michelle Obama signed Gov. Bill Ritter's mask during her visit last fall to the Colorado Governor's Mansion for the White House Women of Excellence leadership and mentoring initiative which encouraged mentoring of young people. Denver artist Tracy Hines painted the mask, including the gold dome of the Capitol.
