Executive Chef George Poston of Maggiano's Little Italy, 7401 South Clinton St., in Englewood, created his mask, titled, Sunday Night, Separate Checks, which is a Picasso-esque fantasy of a server on Sunday night.

His mask comes with a $75 gift certificate.
