Sotheby's appraised this vase in 1994 at $350.  Their description follows:

Green shaded to clear, wheel engraved, tapered, circular glass vase.  Engraved with leaves and grapes, on three scroll feet.  Height 7"  Diameter at the top 5 3/8"
