Description
Dougherty Valley Varsity Baseball Coach Brian Freitas along with his staff will be offering high level baseball training to players ages 6-15+ in this camp series. Players will be divided into 4 sets of camps within each session, 6-7, 8-9, 10-12, 13 yrs. of age and up. Coach Freitas has put together this camp that will feature former SF Giant Darren Lewis, College/High School players, along with current High School coaches that will give expert instruction in the areas of hitting, fielding, pitching, baserunning, and all positions. The camps will take place at the new state of the art baseball facilities of Dougherty Valley High School in San Ramon.

Darren Lewis: Played 13 years in the Major Leagues with the SF Giants, Reds, Cubs, and Red Sox. All time MLB record errorless streak to start a career. Gold Glove winner in 1994 playing CF for SF Giants. Collected more than 1,000 hits in MLB career. Amassed 247 career stolen bases. Spent 5 years coaching in SF Giants organization.
