The property address is 43 Ponquogue Avenue, Hampton Bays NY 11946. The rental is available April 1 thru May 14, and then again anytime after September 20th, 2011.  The winning bidder will be notified if other dates become available.

The property sleeps 4 comfortably and is 5 minutes from the beach. Transportation, travel plans and a rental car are NOT included.  This auction is just for the property rental.   The winner will receive 5 nights and 6 days.   

New York City is an hour train ride.  Southwest Airlines flies into ISP (Long Island MacArthur Airport), which is only 45 minutes from the property.  Rental cars are plentiful and the airport is much less busy than JFK.

The winning bidder will be responsible for a $100 housekeeping fee paid to the owner.
