The Bruins begin the third season of the Rick Neuheisel Era having won four of their last five games a year ago, including a victory in the EagleBank Bowl. They enter Spring Practice with the coaching staff virtually intact and a third straight Top Ten recruiting class. A total of 44 lettermen (one from 2008), including 12 positional starters and the best kicking tandem in the nation, give Neuheisel and his staff reason for optimism entering Spring drills.
