We have created a Beachy-Chic mirror that will be bordered with hand painted shells and starfish by the children of Mrs. Fernandez PS 4 class. The children painted the shells and starfish then they decorated them with glitter and sparkles...and all the kids artfully glue them to the mirror border for this beautiful product to hang on your wall.
