Make sure you take a look at the hand sculpted ceramic orchid that the second graders mounted on silk and framed for the luckiest bidder!  This project has hand sculpted petals, leaves and a bud.  Fired in a kiln, the resulting bisque was detailed with a q-tip and chalk.
