This home is located in one of Cape Coral's most established areas. Cape Coral is a peninsula west of Fort Myers, SW Gulf Coast of Florida. This single level 2000 sf residence has a heated pool, large Lanai/sitting area, and outdoor patio sitting area, central air, boat dock, gas grill, 3BR, 2BA and sits on a 4 mile Fresh Water Canal System. Bedrooms have 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 twins and will accomodate up to 6 people.
Small row boat and bikes for your use. Fish for blue gill/bass from your own dock, explore the canals, or just sit there! Golf, Tennis, Arts, Shopping, Ocean fishing pier nearby. Cape Coral Rec. Park and Beach is 5 minutes, 25 Minutes to Ft. Myers/Sanibel beaches.
While availability is subject to change, the following are current weekly openings:
2010:
June thru Sept – most
(Not available July 3-17, Aug 8-15)
Oct - Dec 17th – most (not available Dec 3-6 or during Thanksgiving week and Christmas)
2011:
April - first three weeks
Special Instructions
Travel must be completed by May 26th 2011. Towels and linens are provided. You will need to make arrangements for your week directly with the owner.
This stay is on a get it clean, leave it clean basis. If the winner would prefer outside services for check out, a fee of $180.00 will have to be paid separately to the owners prior to arrival.
Air travel not included.
