The Deutsche Bank Championship is New England’s premier PGA TOUR event held over Labor Day weekend at the TPC Boston in Norton, MA. Since its inception, the Deutsche Bank Championship has raised nearly $17 million for the Tiger Woods Foundation and New England area charities. In 2010, the Deutsche Bank Championship will feature the top 100 professional golfers in the world as they compete in the PGA TOUR Playoffs for the FedExCup and the $10 Million first prize. Defending Champion, Steve Stricker will take on the world’s best including the distinguished list of past champions Adam Scott, Vijay Singh (two-time), Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson among others. Retired Patriot and Bruins players have also made appearances in past years
