Special Instructions
No smoking in the condo. The unit will be cleaned by maids before the guest arrives and again 1 week later after the guest leaves. Additional maid service may be had at a cost to the guest of $60.00 per use. There is a fresh water swimming pool and tennis courts available for guest use. Local calls are no charge. Long distance to the US etc is by credit card only. This offer is for the use of the condo only. It does not include transportation etc. The local currency is the Cayman dollar, however US currency is universally accepted. The exchange rate is 1 dollar US buys $0.80 Cayman. The guest will find grocery store food etc about 20 to 25% more expensive than US. Gratuities in restaurants are usually added to the bill and further tips are appreciated but not necessary. Most restaurants list the bill in Cayman dollars so the cost in US dollars is about 25% more.. There is an exercise room available. Unit # 20 is on the third floor with an elevator available. It faces directly onto the beach. There is an excellent US type supermarket within a 5 minute walk and many restaurants are also in easy walking distance. The condo is fully air conditioned.
