Description

Now you can finally take the cooking classes that you have been putting off for so long. Use your gift certificate for one week's worth of classes at Chef Nancy Longo's (Pierpoint) Cooking Camp. Chef Nancy began her formal training in 1982 when she attended and graduated from Baltimore's International Culinary College (BIC). Her early years in cooking took her all over the state of Maryland , New York, Arizona, as well as small trips to learn about Southern Louisiana cuisine with Chef Paul Prudhomme. Her career highlights as a chef for the last 18 years have been being the chef and owner of Pierpoint Restaurant. Prior to that, she was a chef instructor at her alma mater BIC from 1987-1989. She also was instrumental in the success of the Restaurant Something Fishy in Baltimore serving over 50 fish varieties daily from 1985-1987.


*To Clarify - this item is good for an adult to take four cooking classes over a period of time or for a kid/young adult over the age of 8 to take part in a one-week cooking camp. With either option, the participant will be able to bring food home.
