The Gator’s Dockside® chain started with one neighborhood restaurant in Florida in May 1991. The success of this first restaurant inspired the owners Paul Cipparone and John Foerst to expand its operations throughout north, south and Central Florida over the span of 14 years. Today there are 15 Gator’s Dockside® Restaurants.
Our neighborhood casual sports themed restaurants cater to all walks of life, with emphasis on the sports enthusiast as well as families with children. There is something for everyone with our big screen television’s, pool tables, video games, great food and service. Our signature grilled wings leave you yearning to hurry back for more. The kids menu, great burgers, hearty sandwiches, ribs, chicken, salads, and of course, low carb options, round off our menu choices for all.
Gator’s Dockside® prides itself as a neighborhood restaurant with a fun atmosphere, great for the whole family. Each restaurant becomes a part of the community it serves through raising money for local charities, schools, youth sports programs—such as football, neighborhood school activities and adult softball teams. Interacting with the local community allows Gator’s to give something back to our guests and the community where live and work, which in turn, fosters lasting relationship that keeps our guests loyal to our brand.
