This tallit was designed and sewn in Harwin Studios in Portland,  Oregon by Sara Harwin who carefully chose each detail to create a piece worthy of the compliment of "Hiddur Mitzvah." The fourth tztzit has not been tied, leaving it to the person who will wear it to fulfill the commandment to "tie fringes in the corners of your garment."
