Limitations:

This donation is limited to existing practice areas, including, but not necessarily limited to , real estate, construction, contracts, will and trusts, and civil litigation.  The credit, and increments thereof, are transferable from the highest bidder to any other person having a primary residence in Sonoma County or to a business with a main office located in Sonoma County. The credit is available upon presentment by the bearer of the original. It may be used in half hour increments, may be applied towards a retainer for additional services, and expires two years from the date of the auction. It may not be applied as a credit against fees owed on an existing fee agreement or services rendered before presentment.  It does not constitute and agreement to provide ongoing services and is subject to conflict of interest limitations and reasonable availability.
