Warm Poached Egg Salad

two poached eggs on a bed of local mixed greens,chopped bacon, fresh herbs, potatoes, croutons and tomatoes with herb dressing

 Boulevard Burrito :flour tortilla filled with scrambled eggs, grilled chicken, cheddar cheese, black beans & red rice topped off with fresh salsa
