Description

One of our very own WSP Parents will teach you to how to make chevre (goat cheese) with fresh goat's milk at Arroyo Leon Farm in Half Moon Bay. One gallon of milk makes approximately $100 (retail) of chevre--all yours if you "win" this item.

Goat cheese freezes well, too. We will customize the cheesemaking to your palate, keeping it plain or adding herbs of your choice (e.g. fresh chives, garlic, mint, thyme, etc. or dried blends, such as Herbes de Provence, Zahtar). You may even choose to milk the goats!

This is a Live Event Item.

Special Instructions

Class is suitable for up to 6 people.  No experience is necessary and children are welcome.  It may take longer to make the cheese with smaller children.
