Here’s an opportunity to be assured of a place to stay near the tip of Cape Cod, as well as to swap for vacation spots around the world. It’s a timeshare package at the Sandcastle Resort in Provincetown.

The package includes two time-share weeks: One is in Unit 221 during a “Red Week” - the 36^th week of the year (early September) and considered high season. The other is in Unit 218 in a “White Week - the 16^th week of the year (late April.) Typically, timeshare owners use White Week time to swap for a stay elsewhere through organizations like RCI (originally Resorts Condominiums International), which charges an annual membership of $89.

The Sandcastle Resort is on Provincetown’s bayside beach, about 5 miles from the town center. It features tennis courts and two pools, and is currently undergoing significant renovation.
