Founded in 1996, Calistoga Cellars is a boutique Napa Valley winery. The 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon begins with aromas of layered fruit. The palate provides plum, cherry, chocolate and herbs, and it finishes with soft, sweet tannins and an elegant complexity.
Aged eighteen months in French oak. 5,018 cases produced.
